Adybiz.com acts solely as an intermediary and does not directly participate in transactions between brands and influencers.
To use Adybiz.com, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
Comply with all local, state, national, and international laws.
To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Keep your login credentials secure.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Adybiz.com does not guarantee the performance or outcomes of any collaboration.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all interactions comply with applicable advertising laws and disclosure requirements (e.g., FTC guidelines).
Adybiz.com may charge a service fee on transactions conducted through the platform. This will be clearly communicated prior to engagement.
Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. Adybiz.com is not responsible for delays, errors, or issues arising from such providers.
Users are responsible for their own taxes and reporting obligations.
Influencers retain rights to their content unless otherwise agreed with the brand.
Brands may not reuse content without permission if the license terms are not explicitly granted.
Users grant Adybiz.com a limited license to use submitted content (e.g., for marketing or promotional purposes on our platform).
Adybiz.com is not liable for:
Any disputes, damages, or losses arising from user-to-user interactions.
Content posted by users.
Third-party service interruptions or breaches.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes from any campaigns facilitated through the platform.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will notify users by updating the date above and/or sending a notice via email or platform notification.
Continued use of Adybiz.com after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indian Constitution, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
